Jamz Jamorol

I build AI systems that run the repetitive half of a business. Then I run my own companies on them.

Agency · site & systems

My agency. AI, web, automation and the backend that turns leads into revenue. The site is a working demo: type into it and an AI employee answers.

Sister company

A marketing team in Manila that ships websites, content, email and ads. I built the site, the booking flow and the ops portal the team works in.

Internal · the engineVenice, an AI COO that runs the firm.

One operating system for every business I own: agents with names and jobs, a task queue, money books, safety gates and a daily report. It is how one person runs four companies.

Internal · our own CRMJTL Hub, built in place of GoHighLevel.

Contacts, pipelines, forms, email, bookings and workflows on our own stack. The AVAS booking page runs on it.

The short version

If you run a business, you know the feeling: the week fills up with work that is not the work you are good at. That is the half I try to take off the table.

I started JTL Growth to build that for clients: the websites, the funnels and the automations behind them. Then I did the same for myself. Today my companies run on a system I built, with an AI workforce doing the repetitive parts and me doing the calls only a person should make.

I also teach it. Through Robots & Coffee I run hands-on workshops where founders build their first AI employee in a room, on their own laptops.

Let’s build something.

Working on a business that has the demand but not the backend? That is the conversation I like having.
